Previously, he worked for a U.S. cloud CRM firm and companies in statistical analysis and risk management, where he was in charge of data-driven marketing, customer success intelligence, and risk management. After that, at a strategic consulting firm and an apparel company, he held the positions of Chief Analytics Officer and Managing Partner. In these positions he improved business processes from upstream to delivery for various industries by using OPEX(Operational Excellence), deep learning, IoT for the dining industry, merchandising techniques, and optimizing CRM systems. Based on statistics, linear programming and Six Sigma, and financial technology, he has experience implementing marketing models.
